LABORATORY DIVISIONS
Environmental
AGAT Laboratories provides expert analysis for environmental
applications such as organic chemical analysis of water,
groundwater, wastewater, soil, sediment sludge and solid
waste.
Ultra Trace Toxicology
The HRGC/MS division provides extraction and analysis for Dioxins
and Furans, PCB's and PAH's of samples in varying environmental
matrices.
Agriculture
Agricultural experts provide services ranging from basic
fertilizer recommendations to full soil profiling.
Oilsands
Heavy oil and tar sand deposits can be assessed to determine the
quality of deposits. Parameters include porosity, permeability,
fluid saturation and distribution of particle size.
Oil and Gas Chemistry
For the production and processing of hydrocarbons, we provide
quality analysis of physical and chemical systems of fluids, gases
and condensates.
Preventive Maintenance Tribology
Tribiology services include the analysis of coolants, lubricants,
hydraulic fluids, and transmissions for maintenance and operation
equipment.
Mining Geochemistry
Geological and mining data is available from sub-ppb detection for
geological mapping, percent level analysis in mineralization grade
studies, to purity analysis of your final product metal.
Air Quality Monitoring Services
AQM Services are designed to help clients evaluate the
effectiveness of their air quality management systems and for
assessments of environmental impact studies.
Reservoir Engineering
This division offers a complete range of services from special
core, detailed reservoir fluid, scale and corrosion services to
efficiently explore, develop and produce petroleum resources.
Routine Core
Routine core analysis focuses on the measurement of core porosity
at different vertical and horizontal scales under different
physiochemical conditions. The three key reservoir parameters
analyzed are porosity, permeability and fluid saturations.
Geology and Petrology
Geological and Petrology data is obtained through electron
microscope and x-ray diffraction analysis for drilling deposit and
mineralogy studies.
Food Testing
Food chemistry tests and microbiology detection is offered, along
with consulting services of auditing and training, to meet the
needs of the agro-food, food producers, restaurant suppliers and
government agencies.
