Air Phaser
Air Phaser is designed to treat industrial, large volume,
volatile organic compounds (VOC's) and Odorous air emissions
typical of industrial processes by neutralizing pollutants, using
only electricity. The Odor & VOC's, typically hydro-carbon
compounds, are transformed into harmless H2O and CO2.
Other compounds, such as H2S, chlorofluorocarbons and other gas
phase pollutants and odors are also oxidized and/or reduced by the
system so that they are harmless and inoffensive. 3rd generation
"Non Thermal Plasma" (NTP) technology incorporates a patent
pending, high energy electrical NTP field with an integral catalyst
system.
This energized combination is able to disrupt ionic and covalent
bonding in the complex pollutant compounds passing through the
field resulting in the conversion of VOC emissions into harmless
compounds. Air Phaser will treat VOC's and odorous compounds in air
vented or emitted by sewage treatment, food, meat processing, paint
fumes, printed circuit board and other general VOC emissions. It is
also effective on process factories for animal foods, pet, fish,
and related animal, waste handling and composting odors. The system
can treat air volumes from 50 to over 1,000,000 cfm
using only a modest amount of electricity.
A compact size permits retrofitting to existing processes, with an
attractive ROI when operational savings on liquid chemicals or fuel
usage is compared.
