Sonic Environmental Solutions Inc.
#2100 - 1066 W Hastings St.
Vancouver, BC V6E 3X2

Sonic Environmental Solutions Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia public company traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (SNV). The Company develops and markets innovative environmental and industrial processes based on its core sonic generator technology. These Sonoprocessä applications utilize the properties of sonic energy in the acoustic frequency range to achieve enhanced process performance and our vision is to partner in a number of diverse global process industries as a solution provider.

Sonic’s patented core technology enables sonic energy to be used in process applications on a large scale – a breakthrough in the many process industries enabling new and improved processes. Potential applications range from environmental processes where our technology enables dramatic enhancement of known processes to the resource sector where resource processing can be radically improved.

Sonic’s technical team has successfully developed the company’s first environmental Sonoprocess™ to full commercial scale and is now focusing on potential applications in the oil sands industry. Sonic’s Technical Advisory Board (TAB) has demonstrated several other potential applications.

The Environmental Division is commercializing our first Sonoprocess™ for the environmental remediation of sites contaminated by polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) and other persistent organic pollutants (POP) such as herbicides and pesticides.

In Canada and the USA, Sonic’s Environmental Division provides remediation services directly in conjunction with regional environmental management companies. In international markets Sonic works with established internationally recognized partners in the environmental sector through licencing or joint venture agreements.

Sonic’s soil remediation process extracts and destroys polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) and other Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). This mobile, on-site, non-thermal solution offers the most cost-effective and sustainable permanent treatment.

Sonic has also acquired a complimentary technology which can extract and concentrate contaminants prior to treatment with our PCB Sonoprocess™. The Terra-Kleen solvent extraction technology is a low cost passive method of cleaning sites and avoids the need to haul dirt to be treated by less appropriate technology.

The global phenomena of urban renewal provides the impetus for continued growth in contaminated site remediation and other environmental treatment opportunities. In many parts of Europe, the majority of residential development is now based on the development of brownfield sites where past industrial use has resulted in contamination issues. Increasing regulatory pressure to eliminate POP is evidenced by the United Nations Stockholm Convention mandating the elimination of PCB and other pollutants.
