ESAA Director Awarded Diamond Jubilee Medal Congratulations to Joe Chowaniec, ESAA’s Director, Program and Event Development
This past Saturday, August 25th, at a ceremony in
Calgary, Joe Chowaniec, ESAA's Director, Program and Event
Development was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee
Medal. Joe was nominated by Muscular Dystrophy Canada for his
significant commitment to the organization.
The award was presented "By Command of Her Majesty The Queen,
in commemoration of the sixtieth anniversary of Her Majesty's
Accession to the Throne and in recognition of your contributions to
Canada."
After receiving the Award, Joe remarked, "I would like to
thank Muscular Dystrophy Canada for nominating me for this award.
I am truly honoured and blessed to have the support of so
many people, family and friends."
ESAA's Board of Directors and Staff congratulate Joe on this
prestigious award and his ongoing work with Muscular Dystrophy
Canada.
