National Occupational Standards for Environmental Managers

BEAHR (Building Environmental Aboriginal Human Resources), a project within ECO Canada, has developed National Occupational Standards for Environmental Managers. These standards were developed with the objective of defining the knowledge and skills necessary to be an effective environmental manager, particularly within Aboriginal communities. Thank you for your interest in assisting in the development of the standards.

BEAHR now needs your environmental expertise to verify and validate the standards. With your help, these standards will be used to create culturally relevant curriculum and training programs for Aboriginal communities across Canada.

Simply click here to complete the online validation survey prior to September 21, 2007.

By completing this 45-minute survey, you could win an iPod Nano, gift certificates to Mountain Equipment Co-op, Canadian Tire, or RONA!
