Campbell, Schwarzenegger Sign MOU on Climate Action
An agreement signed between British Columbia and California that sets out joint action on climate change and Pacific Ocean conservation will result in unprecedented levels of co-operation between the two jurisdictions, Premier Gordon Campbell and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced last week.

    Completion

Newalta Corporation’s Director of Government Relations Gary Webster, who also chairs the BCEIA Hazardous Waste Committee, reports that the first phase of the Association’s work program to develop educational products to raise the level of public awareness for the proper management of hazardous wastes is nearing completion.
